Experteer Overview In this role you drive regional revenue and EBITDA growth by leading a dispersed sales team, aligning regional plans with global objectives. You’ll nurture key client relationships, steer pricing and pipeline execution, and partner across Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver sustainable business expansion. This position offers strategic influence, room to shape regional go-to-market, and a focus on high-impact client engagements. You will play a crucial part in advancing the company’s mobility engineering leadership.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling in the region - Oversee a team of sales managers and senior sales managers, maintaining strong customer relationships - Support senior managers in strategic client meetings and executive engagement - Ensure consistent account management and best practice sharing region-wide - Develop and implement regional strategies to hit revenue and EBITDA targets - Guide the team in applying regional commercial strategy - Ensure correct pricing, margin management, and operational efficiency - Lead regional sales planning meetings - Analyze regional sales performance metrics and implement action plans - Ensure CRM discipline and supervise account management across the region - Collaborate closely with Product Heads, BU Directors and Regional Sales Managers to align solutions with customer needs - Coordinate with marketing on regional campaigns, events, and lead generation activities - Maintain close contact with Sales Operations to achieve regional EBITDA targetsResponsabilidades - 6+ years in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or technical services - 3+ years in leadership with distributed teams - Technical background in automotive engineering or related field - MBA or equivalent advanced business degree - Experience managing large strategic accounts and negotiations in global organizations - Excellent meeting facilitation and leadership skills - SalesForce CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making - Fluency in English;
