Event Implementation Specialist

To continue growing, we are looking for an Event Implementation Specialist eager to leave a mark on their professional career and join a company in full expansion. What You'll Be Doing...

* Attend events on-site to execute implementations.
* Participate in event setup, pre-event checks and operational launch.
* Configure and review all devices required for the event, including POS systems, phones, tablets, kiosks, scanners, routers, access points and other hardware.
* Provide support to clients, staff and internal teams during events.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues in real time.
* Escalate incidents when necessary, providing clear and relevant context.
* Ensure that the defined operational setup is executed correctly on-site.
* Identify issues or improvement opportunities during events and share feedback with the team.
* Support office operations when no events are taking place, helping with equipment preparation, device checks, testing, stock management, labelling and documentation.
* Follow the processes, criteria and checklists established by the team.


What we need from you...

* Experience or interest in events, festivals, hospitality, nightlife or similar operational environments.
* Availability to travel and attend events on-site.
* Ability to work in the field, adapting to variable schedules and event environments.
* Strong problem-solving skills in live operational settings.
* Hands‑on, organised profile with a positive attitude under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal skills when working with clients, staff and internal teams.
* Interest in technology, devices and digital tools.
* Ability to follow processes, checklists and operational procedures.
* Clear communication skills and the ability to elevate issues effectively.


We value...

* Previous experience as an implementation specialist, event technician or field support professional.
* Knowledge of POS systems, cashless solutions, ticketing, access control or event management tools.
* Basic understanding of networks, Wi‑Fi, routers, access points or connectivity.
* Experience with Android devices, tablets, mobile phones or peripherals.
* Basic knowledge of inventory, stock management or equipment preparation.
* Basic/intermediate English.
* Driving licence.
