That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What You Will Do In This RoleAs a Customer Success Manager on our team, you will:Accelerate cloud consumption and identify additional cloud cross-sell / upsell opportunities for nominated Corporate customers.Involve direct outreach (email, calls) to nominated customers by: Reacting to digital signals generated via TSI marketing and Trigger outreach to drive cloud consumption, customer retention, and expansion.Present Microsoft's Cloud value proposition and differentiation that align to customer's business objectives and IT initiatives based on expertise in solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions.Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenariosIncrease technical acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for the customers identified solutionsWork in partnership with Microsoft Partner ecosystem to further validate, develop and close on generated opportunitiesYour QualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in either German or French + advanced level of EnglishHave 3+ years sales experienceHave experience in qualifying and building pipeline at scale, managing aggressive sales cycles, and sales negotiation preferredHave familiarity with modern sales techniques, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programsHave experience working with or selling Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or similarUnderstand cloud deployment and adoption planningHave ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business valueAre success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environmentHave knowledge of Microsoft Fundamentals (MS 900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900) certification required, AZ 104 certification preferredWhat's In It For YouIn this role, we offer benefits that help you support your unique lifestyle:Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30Salary of 27,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus, private medical insuranceExcellent office location in MalagaFull paid training on the company and the project you'll be working onCareer development programs, specialized coursesExperience the best version of you!
