We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting commercial activities within the assigned portfolio, including client visits and meeting preparation.
Assisting in achieving the approved 2026 budget and contributing to the 2026–2027 annual sales performance.
Ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, primarily via email and phone when required.
Closely monitoring clients’ monthly needs and proactively following up on order opportunities.
Visiting clients at their offices or attending industry trade fairs, and effectively summarizing and implementing agreed action points.
Developing and expanding the project pipeline with both existing and potential new clients.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Suanfarma’s value proposition.
Using CRM tools to ensure efficient client management and follow-up.
Processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate coordination with the Operations team.
Requesting pricing and delivery timelines in collaboration with Operations and Procurement departments.
Adhering to company financial policies, including monitoring key metrics such as DSO, DPO, DIO, and outstanding debt.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
A strong commercial mindset combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and understand their needs.
Proactive, curious, and results-driven attitude, with a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and business development.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. xcskxlj
Previous experience is not required; however, any exposure to commercial or pharmaceutical environments will be considered a valuable asset.
