Currently we are hiring an Ecommerce Manager to join our team in Barcelona, as Ecommerce Manager you will be tasked with:· Take part in the definition of the overall digital sales strategy· Work hand in hand with marketing team to drive organic traffic, develop sales· Constantly optimize online stores to maximise conversion rates and performance· Overall management of brands Leoncycle/NCM/ET websites in Spain, Italy and the UK, Amazon and other local 3rd party E-Commerce platform stores such as planning, daily operations, advertising and promotions· Set up SEO to increase online presence of our website· Set up digital marketing and sales campaigns through Google, Facebook and other medium· Scheduling and communicating intensive site maintenance as needed,· Follow the global strategy to position the xsgfvud brand as a top e-bike player in local countries· Analyze sales-related data to predict future sales and stock forecastsFurthermore, you should have:· 5 years of working experience in E-Commerce, sales or consumer goods or marketing· Experience working with an international brand· Fluency in English and Italian· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Familiar with google and Facebook and other internet tools
