Join our dynamic Warranty Management team within the Onshore Wind Power division for South Europe & Africa! In this 12-month student position, you will play a vital role in ensuring business continuity by supporting our Key Account Management function. You will engage directly with Key Account Managers, assisting in customer interactions and managing essential reporting and data. Imagine gaining hands-on experience while contributing to our operational goals and supporting the renewable energy sector. Your proactive attitude and strong communication skills will be key as you help track warranty performance and facilitate issue resolution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Assist Key Account Managers in preparing for customer meetings and communications related to warranty topics.
2. Support the tracking of warranty claims and service orders, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date in internal systems.
3. Help coordinate between the warranty team, technical support, and customers to facilitate timely issue resolution.
4. Prepare basic documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders under supervision.
5. Maintain and update customer account information and warranty case files in designated CRM or tracking tools.
What You Bring
6. A recent university degree in Finance, Administration, or Engineering.
7. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
8. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
9. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data entry.
10. A proactive learning attitude and an interest in renewable energy.
