We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Controller/Accountant to join the Finance Team of the important Fund Management located in Madrid. It is very important that the candidate comes from or has experience in Fund Management, Private Equity, or Investment Banking. (2–3 years of experience in Private Equity, Private Debt, Fund Accounting, or Audit)

Key Responsibilities:
Fund & Loan Accounting
* Support the day-to-day activities of the accounting teams based in Luxembourg and Ireland
* Assist with cash management and payment processing
* Monitor and maintain cash flow records
* Perform quarterly reconciliations in coordination with external accounting teams
Transfer Agency
* Support capital calls and distribution processes
* Respond to investor queries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain and update investor static data movement
Financial Reporting
* Assist in audit processes
* Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports
Candidate Profile
* 2–3 years of experience xpzdshu in Private Equity, Private Debt, Fund Accounting, or Audit
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
* Appreciated knowledge of Allvue or similar (i.e. Navision)
* Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel;
* Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
