Roles And Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales:
* Prospect potential customers using direct (calls, face-to-face meetings) and indirect (networking) methods.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure.
* Present company products and services to senior managers and decision makers.
* Identify negotiation points and close deals effectively.
Business Development
* Understand key business processes and financial transactions of accounts.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of partners and their broader business potential beyond current numbers.
* Lead the development, presentation, and execution of account-specific solutions utilizing company products/services (disbursements, payments, cash-in, etc.).
* Develop programs to meet KPIs and support business growth.
* Perform ad hoc duties as necessary.
Account Management
* Respond to partner concerns promptly:
o Reply to emails within 24 hours
o Return calls and messages within 4 hours
* Resolve straightforward issues with support from relevant teams, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development roles
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
* Well-organized, focused, driven, and goal-oriented
