You should be a great teacher who is looking for the chance to grow, and manage a team. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ol libManage, train, support and supervise the didactic team /b; to ensure the professional growth of teaching staff; /li libSchedule time-tables in response to the demand /b for classes in your centre; /li libTeach classes /b, depending on staff levels in your centre and bsubstitute/find a substitution to cover classes /b when a teacher is ill/on sick leave; /li libQuality control /b through bongoing training, weekly staff meetings /b with the didactic team, bclass observations /b and bstaff appraisals /b; /li libLiaison with consultants /b and bcreate /b bgood rapport with the students /b, as well as manage any customer service issues relating to your area of responsibility; /li libCoordinate /b teacher holidays/Saturday rotas/school bank holidays; /li libCoordination /b and bweekly meetings /b with management on various aspects (Director/Centre Manager/Didactic Manager); /li libPromote the events /b that the school organises and ensure that the didactic staff is well prepared for the events and they are successful. /li /ol /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
