We’re looking for an inside sales at Mondraker that be in charge of the German market. As part of the inside sales department no day is the same as the last. This job involves looking after our customers in the German market and supporting our sales force. You will solve problems and be in direct contact with our German dealers. You will build relationships with people who rely on you to keep their teams running smoothly. This position reports directly to the head of customer service.
We are looking for a teammate with excellent customer service and a willingness to learn. Because you will be constantly talking to customers to assess problems and look for solutions. This position requires strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
As the main point of contact between the German dealer base and Mondraker Head Office this position is vital to building and maintaining sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships.

Your main functions will be:
- Technical product advice.
- After-sales management.
- Order management.
- Supporting our sales force.
- Preparation of reports for management.
- Management of guarantees and incidents.
- Native German speaker or C2.
- Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner.
- Experience within the bicycle industry, ideally within a Sales Support role.
- A strong technical knowledge of bicycles.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when required.
- Able to make decisions and problem solve in a timely fashion.
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook & Office.
- Able to speak Spanish or English.
