The People Technology andSystems trainee will assist in supporting the P&C function and PeopleTechnology team across EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This role involves contributingto projects, following direction, and aiding in the evaluation of systems tosupport the Human Resources department’s short and long-term goals. The traineewill collaborate with various levels of the P&C organization globally andgain exposure to senior leadership. Responsibilities include helping toidentify system gaps, contributing to the development of system roadmaps, andsupporting system efficiencies. The trainee will also assist in the dailyoperations of People technology solutions, participate in the evaluation ofpotential upgrades or new software solutions, and learn about the process ofselecting effective and efficient vendors.
DURATION : 6 months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Support the People Technology global team.
· Assist in the development and support of the People Technologystrategy for the organization.
· Support the P&C Process & Technology teams; take onassigned tasks, seek guidance on complex issues, and contribute to teamefforts.
· Foster trust and build relationships with key stakeholders.Engage with leadership to support innovative ideas and business priorities.
· Understand the business needs and assist the team in findingsolutions that enhance the employee experience and meet business objectives.
· Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and ensureeffective use and management of data.
· Provide input during the Performance, Talent & DevelopmentCycle for P&C leaders.
· Collaborate with IT and external partners to support the rolloutof functionalities and ensure systems align with business needs.
· Learn about the P&C Operating model to support futureSystems enhancements and People Operations teams.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving People Technology systemissues.
· Contribute to managing a feature list and product roadmap.
· Help document and maintain People Technology procedures, userdocumentation, system updates, and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Being enrolled in a school program to be eligible for theinternship .
· Being fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Nothing else than being your truly self and supermotivated tostart an existing journey for at least six months.
