In this role you will drive growth and profitability in Spain and Portugal by managing direct sales within assigned accounts and regions. You will build strategic relationships, understand customer processes, and shape commercial strategy to deliver long-term value. You’ll maintain the sales funnel in Salesforce, participate in pipeline reviews, and push opportunities from qualification to close. This role partners with cross-functional teams to solve customer pain points and advance Pall’s life sciences solutions. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that rewards initiative and impact.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead discussions with customers to solve problems and demonstrate value
• Develop deep knowledge of customer processes, constraints, and growth plans to shape strategy
• Maintain and update CRM-based sales funnel with opportunities, stakeholders, requirements, and financials
• Participate in regular funnel reviews to communicate health, risks, and forecast impact
• Achieve annual orders and revenue through existing customers and new business development
• Drive progression of opportunities from qualification to close with timely follow-ups on quotations and requests
Responsabilidades
• A trained engineer, xpzdshu food technician and/or science related degree
• Knowledge of Food and Beverages market
• Proven sales track record and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in Filtration or the food industry
• Ability to travel – 50% (2-3 overnights per week) and a clean driving licence
