Experteer Overview As the Business Unit Manager for JR Iberia, you lead the Iberia region within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, driving growth and market share with a long-term, cross-functional leadership approach. You will oversee a regional sales team, coordinate support functions, and manage P&L while launching and optimizing product and marketing programs. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure profitability and alignment with the division’s strategic objectives.
