Experteer Overview As the Business Unit Manager for JR Iberia, you lead the Iberia region within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, driving growth and market share with a long-term, cross-functional leadership approach. You will oversee a regional sales team, coordinate support functions, and manage P&L while launching and optimizing product and marketing programs. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure profitability and alignment with the division’s strategic objectives. This role offers the chance to shape market strategy in a high-growth European region within a leading medical device business.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate sales actions and manage reporting highlights - Optimize regional resources, including deposits, A&P, and expenses - Oversee information workflow within the department and with other teams - Manage resources, personnel, and materials for the area - Maintain high knowledge of CMF products, applications, and techniques - Monitor pricing policy and approve discount authorizations - Prepare monthly sales evolution reports for CMF Director - Coordinate sales force and present products to the sales team - Support achievement of marketing plans and 3–5 year strategies - Launch products at national level and coordinate product distribution and logistics - Control investments, personnel, area expenses, margins, and prices - Ensure proper waste segregation in the department - Follow up on national pricing and market adaptations - Lead and develop sales teams across direct and indirect channels - Drive region-wide market penetration and profitability through tailored sales/marketing programs - Maintain alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory expectationsResponsabilidades - 10+ years of commercial experience (marketing and sales) - Proven leadership as Commercial/Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager in medical devices - Direct selling experience with knowledge of opinion leaders and competitors - Fluent in English and Spanish;
Italian a plus - Proven track record in market share growth and financial commitments - Budgeting and planning experience for marketing/sales - Strong ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams - Experience with performance management and coaching - Strong commercial/financial acumen;
