Experteer Overview As Senior Account Manager, you will safeguard Kerry’s image while driving CIA-related technologies opportunities in Southern Europe. You’ll work with Technology Centers, Marketing and Operations to uncover new business and ensure best-in-class service. You will build cross-functional relationships to shape key account plans and respond to evolving market needs. - Develop deep knowledge of Kerry CIA technologies and apply it to account planning
- Drive brand enhancement and identify new market opportunities within CIA accounts
- Build and execute key account plans using internal resources
- Coordinate technical, marketing and operations teams to meet customer requirements
- Manage relationships across multiple levels and negotiate terms to secure profitable business
- Prioritize and monitor key account projects in collaboration with Technical Development
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective sample timing, production and delivery coordination
- Represent Kerry’s structure, heritage and strategic plans to key accountsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of sales/account management experience with a track record of winning new business
- Third level degree
- Experience in business development or selling in the CIA industry
- Solid knowledge of food science and its relation to product development and commercialization
- Strong negotiating ability with clients
- Fluent in Spanish and English
