RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
* Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and courteous guest service.
* Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments.
* Monitor and maintain front desk standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
* Assist in managing front desk budgets and controlling costs.
* Generate and analyze front desk reports, identifying areas for improvement.
* Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor in a 5-star hotel environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.
* Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus.
* Exceptional customer service orientation.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
* Expert knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
