Job PurposeWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pilot's Administration Team. This role is instrumental in leveraging aeronautical knowledge and data expertise to drive transformative changes within our organization.
Main Accountabilities
Verify and register pilots' licenses, ensuring compliance with civil aviation authority regulations.
Manage the license and certification renewal process, coordinate medical examinations and competency tests.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system for all pilot licenses and certifications.
Collaborate with the training department to ensure pilots receive necessary training to maintain their licenses.
Monitor changes in aviation regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
Provide regular reports to the Flight Operations Manager on the status of pilots' licenses.
Act as a point of contact for pilots regarding queries about licenses and certifications.
Coordinate with the training department, AESA and pilots to ensure correct registration of new Boeing ratings on pilots' licenses.
Coordinate timely registration of Boeing ratings before scheduled flights.
Work directly with pilots to coordinate all necessary procedures related to Boeing ratings.
Education
Aeronautical Management degree / Statistics or related fields (postgraduate or master's degree is a plus).
Experience
0-1 years of experience in administrative roles.
Pilot's management experience is desirable.
Competencies
Expertise with airlines information systems like Aims is desirable.
High knowledge of Excel (Formulation, Dashboards, Macros).
Knowledge of Office (Power Point, Word, Thinkcell).
Knowledge in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
High proactivity & hands‐on.
Languages
C1 Spanish required.
B2 English required.
