What are we looking for? Blue is looking for a Senior Account Manager to support the Head of Account Management by ensuring high-quality client communication and consistent service standards across the team. In this role, you will guide our Client Relationship Specialists in their day-to-day client interactions, provide senior-level support when needed, and help foster a strong, collaborative service culture. You will also manage key strategic clients that require elevated attention due to their financial or brand significance, ensuring they receive exceptional care and long-term partnership value.
Responsibilities Support and guide Client Relationship Specialists in their daily communication with clients.
Ensure timely responses to internal requests that require immediate client communication.
Hold regular online meetings with clients to maintain satisfaction, retention, and proactive engagement.
Act as the senior escalation point when clients request a higher-level representative.
Maintain strong relationships with major strategic clients and ensure they receive high-level support.
Monitor client satisfaction rates and align on improvement actions with the Head of Account Management.
Provide direction, feedback, and communication best practices to Client Relationship Specialists to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to support Client Relationship Specialists and ensure efficient processes and client alignment.
Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
English proficiency.
High level of client relationship management experience.
Ability to act quickly under pressure and handle escalations in a professional manner.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong understanding of account management processes within digital or affiliate environments.
Experience managing strategic accounts is a strong advantage.
