Juniper Group is seeking to onboard an experienced Financial Controller with deep accounting and financial knowledge and with previous experience in either sell‐side or buy‐side transactions to participate in acquisition efforts across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most active software acquirers in the world.

Responsibilities
Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring the accurate recording and monitoring of financial information.
Support the preparation of financial reporting.
Monitor internal administrative processes (contracts, documentation, filing).
Collaborate in the preparation of documentation for external and internal audits.
Assist in the review and control of accounting accounts, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Participate in the monitoring of financial processes and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Support document management and the updating of information in ERP systems and financial tools.
Collaborate on process improvement and internal control projects within the finance area.
Prepare financial analysis and reports using Excel and internal tools.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Approximately 2–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial controlling.
High level of English.
Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus).
Analytical and organized profile, with attention to detail and a strong willingness to grow professionally.
Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments.
