MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Recording "classic" or direct debit invoices (Engie, ERS, Orange, Triomphe)
* Validating expense reports
* Classifying supplier invoices received in the generic inbox: rejecting invoices received more than 15 days old or without a purchase order
* Preparing settlement campaigns for specific companies
REQUIRED PROFILE
* Diploma in accounting
* 2 years of experience in a company (real estate or non-real estate) or accounting firm
* Good written and oral skills in Italian
* Experience with SAP required
* Personal skills: Analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
