Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a general, yet small, company and see the real impact of your work and decisions? We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist with focus on Social and Display, as well as possibly search campaigns, to join our dynamic team in Sant Cugat del Vallès, just outside of Barcelona.
Despite the challenges of the past few years, our visa processing agency has persevered and is now poised for growth. With a majority of our clients coming from the USA, UK, Germany or Australia, our service truly spans the globe. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us continue to expand our reach and enhance our offerings. And of course, you can grow together with the company.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing social media profiles for our brands including ByteTravel, Roamic, Visagov, VipLounges, Globely and others
- Daily monitoring of forums and social platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Tripadvisor - posting, moderating, DMs
- Creating and running a content calendar, together with the project directors and marketing team
- Owning KPIs, engagement and reach metrics
- Identifying new trends, topics and conversation opportunities using social listening
- Preparing information for content team to create our own content
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and conversational Spanish
- At least 2 years of experience as a community or social media manager
- Strong copywriting skill and ability to engage people online
- Proficiency with social listening
Nice to have:
- Ability to produce basic content - design, video‑editing
- Good understanding and experience using AI platforms to create banners and videos
- Working with influencers and ambassadors
