Roles & Responsibilities
Take ownership of planning, overseeing projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion, and effective management of the overall project schedule, tasks within allocated time and budget, and scope and change requests for agreed-upon deliverables.
Collaborate with business and system analysts, software developers, and quality assurance engineers, providing them with necessary information and resources to drive project success effectively.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure well-understood project requirements, keep them informed of progress, and effectively communicate challenges or changes.
Participate in project Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to contribute valuable insights and expertise.
Utilise a flexible approach to project management, working with Agile, hybrid methods, and traditional project management processes.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Possess a minimum of 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in IT Project Management
Proven experience in managing software development or fintech-related projects.
Have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
Have a thorough understanding of business cases and risk management.
Be proficient in project management tools, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Possess a professional certification such as PMP, Prince2, PMP-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master.
