Functions
The SAP WM Business Analyst is the primary liaison between their respective functional areas and the Information Technology department. This role is the main conduit that translates business processes and requirements into system functionality. The position supports global functional areas by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and proposing, designing, and implementing solutions, often of a very complex nature.
This position will frequently design solutions to accommodate requirements of a global nature within the standard SAP functionality stack.
Responsibilities
* Act as the expert second-line support providing Revlon support on the business process in WM, offering expert technical guidance on WM processes.
* Carry out detailed impact assessments for proposed change requests, proposing cost-effective alternatives where appropriate.
* Lead, evaluate, develop, test, and implement releases of developments according to Revlon’s validation procedures.
* Seek funding proactively for change requests requiring incremental spend via Revlon’s project approval process, develop project plans, and identify risks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather business requirements and design SAP MM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets business requirements and achieves organizational goals.
* Lead WM implementation and rollout projects.
* Recognize, analyze, and solve system or application problems as they occur.
* Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data actively to foster team, project, or task success.
* Provide ongoing support for all WM functionalities implemented.
* Debug functionality and performance issues.
* Assist in defining, analyzing, developing, implementing, and documenting new systems and customized programs to meet business needs.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields; experience or training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Expert understanding and experience with SAP ECC WM / IM, with at least 8+ years of configuration experience.
* Experience with 4+ full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations in WM / IM, including requirements gathering, testing, and cutover.
* Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC integration with MM / PP / SD / QM / FI, and API / BAPI’s for external system integration.
* Strong expertise in SAP System Configuration.
* Experience with non-SAP Warehouse Management Systems and PLC / Robot integrations.
* Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of WM Business Processes.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
