Terminal Solution Lead
Responsible for ensuring customer outcomes are met in collaboration with the hub terminals (in scope). Key player in integrator strategy with a holistic understanding of roles & responsibilities of all actors involved in the port complex in delivering business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure that customer deliveries are completed according to the agreed contractual terms by working closely with Ocean Fulfilment and Feeder teams.
2. Develop and coordinate short-term execution plans (2-4 weeks) to ensure that customer outcomes are met and asset capabilities are optimized.
3. Create and implement detailed game plans for individual vessels within a 0-72 hour timeframe with CX and Fulfilment teams.
4. Continuously monitor the progress of operations against the established game plan.
5. Ensure that assets (e.g., vessels, containers) are turned around and connected according to specifications and work with relevant teams to investigate any deviations from the plan.
6. Manage transit dwell times to ensure efficient cargo movement through the port complex.
7. Provide support during crises such as port disruptions, strikes, or incidents involving vessels or cargo.
