**About the Role**

As a HR Business Partner at Hawk-Eye, you will be an essential part of our People Services team, providing valuable HR support and partnering with business leaders across multiple countries. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your HR career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build trusted relationships with senior managers, operators, and new graduates.
- Support business leaders with cyclical HR initiatives, such as annual salary and bonus reviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Provide expertise and act as a trusted partner for all HR-related queries and requests.
- Maintain employee records and manage the whole employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, promotions, and terminations.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process and support payroll-related queries.
- Manage the contractor, freelancer, casual, and seasonal worker processes.
- Support HR-related training programs and run local workshops.
- Play a key role in ongoing people projects such as recognition, well-being, and DE&I; initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws in collaboration with local employment law specialists and Sony HR colleagues.
- Assess HR and organisational risks throughout the employee base.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Essential**:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation in Italy or France.
- Experience in HR generalist roles, working with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably WorkDay.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, perform under pressure, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly, approachable attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take on new projects with a can-do attitude.
- ** Desirable**:

- Fluency in Italian and/or French.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and growing international organisations.
- Knowledge in talent development, reward, and employee relations.
- Good business acumen.
