This senior role coordinates cross-functional activities, ensures delivery excellence, and strengthens client relationships to deliver Total Contract Value (TCV) — with a strategic focus on deals under $5M, project delivery, and churn / change capture. The role reports directly to the Global CES Regions Leader .Key ResponsibilitiesMandateServe as the primary CES contact across assigned verticals and service lines within the Region or CountryWith the Market lead for the Region ensure alignment and coordination of all CES activities within the regionDrive regional strategy execution in line with global objectivesAct as the integrator of CES expertise across offerings to meet client and market needsRevenue GrowthPartner with Market leads and Industry SMEs to drive account planning and opportunity identificationLead and manage the CES sub-$5M pipeline, ensuring healthy deal flow, increased pipeline, increased conversion rates and increased revenue along with accurate forecastingDrive a CES-wide growth mindset across accounts, enabling better opportunity detectionLead horizon scanning and cross-sell initiatives by leveraging internal and client-side networksSecure renewals through proactive contract readiness and stakeholder engagementClient IntimacyAct as the Voice of the Client within CES, advocating for client needs and expectationsUnderstand and articulate the connection between the client’s strategic goals, programs of work, and supporting technology initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholdersMaintain sharp industry insight — including client competitors, trends, and transformation prioritiesRevenue ManagementEstablish coordinating Projects for our capabilities within region in order to drive growth in Applications, Data and AI, Enterprise applications all with a consulting led sales leadApprove deals below $5M within delegated authorityCollaborate with Market partners to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and marginEnsure that all commercial and delivery commitments are contractually sound and met on timeDelivery QualityLead the virtual CES team operating within each account or projectDrive client satisfaction through operational excellence and high-quality deliveryInterlock with delivery leaders to protect and grow margin, including optimizing resource models (onshore / offshore / labour pyramid)Ensure fixed-price projects are delivered on time, within scope and budgetIncrease delivery agility through efficient resourcing and mobilizationWhat will you find at DXC?Leading projects in market reference clientsFlexibility and work-life balanceWork with leading technologies within the IT sectorAccess to DXC Learning with unlimited certificationsSocial and responsible commitmentRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
