Business Process Analyst (with Python)
About The Role
As a
Process Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing, redesigning, and automating business processes across Sales Operations and other departments. You’ll use tools like
Python, SQL, APIs
This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to work cross-functionally, driving real impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze & Improve Processes
Map existing business processes to identify pain points and inefficienciesPartner with stakeholders to understand workflow challenges
Design & Develop Solutions
Build and deploy automated tools using Python, SQL, APIsDevelop integrations across platforms like Salesforce, internal databases, and third-party tools
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Sales Operations, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to implement solutions
Communicate & Document Solutions
Present insights and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCreate technical documentation for reusability, maintenance, and transparency
Drive Continuous Improvement
Promote a culture of efficiency across the companyStay up to date on emerging technologies and suggest tools to improve team productivity
Must-have skills :
PythonGoogle Apps ScriptGoogle Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc.)SQLSome hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows and automate tasks (e.G., via APIs, LLMs, or productivity tools).
