Responsibilities :
1. Goods receipt, returns, and stock management
2. Inventory control, stocktaking, and discrepancy investigation
3. Management of internal and external warehouse movements
4. Document archiving and internal supply management
5. Customer service support and logistics flow monitoring
6. Shipment management (National customers, Intercompany, Foreign distributors, International shipments, Special shipments)
7. Transport control and monitoring
8. Preparation of KPIs (productivity, inventory status, logistics provider control, cost control, invoicing, supplier evaluation)
9. Daily and weekly monitoring of Warehouse Management (WM)
10. MDS workflow monitoring
Qualifications :
1. SAP Warehouse (WH) knowledge
2. Fluency in English and Spanish
3. Experience in industrial environments and logistics
4. Familiarity with other SAP modules
5. Strong communication, organizational, decision-making, and prioritization skills
6. Ability to work in teams, demonstrate initiative, and plan effectively
