The Knot Worldwide is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Manager Field Iberia to lead and drive the field sales strategy across Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within multinational or large corporations, with a focus on B2B sales, along with proven leadership and strategic expertise.
Manage and develop remote teams, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, specifically leading and developing teams of Team Leaders.
Sales Management: Proven track record in sales management, particularly within multinational or large corporations, and experience in B2B sales.
Customer Lifecycle Management: Strong experience in managing the full customer lifecycle, including new business development, service delivery, renewals, and upsells.
Professional level of English (C1-C2).
