The Opportunity:A leading global services organisation is executing a large-scale end-to-end digital transformation to support rapid growth, new service offer launches, and enterprise-wide platform deployment.As part of this programme, they are engaging an experienced Freelance End-to-End Business Analyst & Integration specialist to support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) deployments integrated with Oracle across services operations.This is a hands-on delivery role within a global transformation programme, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and transformation leadership.
Your RoleYou will take ownership of CPQ-related requirements and integrations from business need through to technical delivery and go-live, ensuring seamless alignment between services processes and Oracle systems. You'll operate within a structured transformation framework, contributing to country or stream-level deployments under central programme governance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end business analysis for CPQ initiatives within ServicesGather, analyse, and document business requirements across:PricingConfigurationQuotationService execution handoverTranslate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle CPQDesign and validate system integrations between CPQ, Oracle ERP, CRM, and downstream execution systemsSupport UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readinessAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teamsEnsure solutions align with global standards while accommodating local market needs
Required ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst on CPQ implementationsStrong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP integrationsEnd-to-end delivery exposure: requirements → build → test → go-liveExperience working in services, industrial, or complex B2B environmentsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder transformationNice to HaveExperience in large-scale global or multi-country deploymentsExposure to Services digital transformation programmesUnderstanding of pricing engines, configuration rules, and quote-to-cash flows
