What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Validation & Verification Engineer with strong experience in aerospace environments and solid technical capabilities in test automation and requirements management tools. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in verification processes, project support tools, and key management systems within complex engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute validation and verification activities for aerospace systems and subsystems.
* Apply automated test methodologies, ensuring correctness, repeatability, and traceability.
* Work with requirements and configuration management tools to support project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
* Contribute to the planning, reporting, and tracking of V&V tasks within aerospace programs.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.
* At least 3 years of experience in aerospace environments.
* Experience in automated testing, ideally using:
* Robot Framework + RIDE (Intermediate level).
* Advanced experience with project and requirements management tools, such as:
* DOORS (Advanced).
* Experience working with key management systems (KMF / KMS) – Advanced, 3–4 years.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira/Confluence (optional but valued).
Optional / Nice-to-Have
* Additional experience with other verification tools or test automation frameworks.
* Familiarity with aerospace standards and engineering best practices.
* Experience contributing to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
