At **ALFOCAN**, we are leaders in the processing and distribution of crayfish at both national and international levels. We are looking for a passionate and committed **Quality Technician** to join our team and support us in our development plans and new projects.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biology, Veterinary, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality and food safety.
- Knowledge of HACCP and General Hygiene Plans.
- Familiarity with international food safety standards (BRCGS, IFS).
- Valuable training in ISO 14001 and sustainability certifications.
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office).
- B2 level of English, ideally C1 (English test will be taken)
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, review, and verify the correct implementation of the HACCP plan and General Hygiene Plans.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
- Propose and manage corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate in the development and follow-up of improvement programs.
- Control the documentation of the Quality Management System.
- Conduct internal audits and be part of the HACCP team.
- Supervise legal compliance in food safety and environmental matters.
- Provide internal training in Quality, Food Safety, and Environment.
- Update and integrate the environmental and quality management system within the company.
