About the role The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs for employees across Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation structures, market trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure that the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities Support the delivery of the annual Pay and Benefits Review; provide payroll and market pay analyses and draft communications for management decision‐making.
Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs; provide financial, market, and legal analysis, draft technical design elements, and prepare internal management reports.
Deliver HR data analytics and insights; identify trends and contribute to HR insights that diagnose business issues, enhance employee engagement, and improve business performance.
Carry out complex HR data processing tasks and advise colleagues, improving data collection tools and administration processes.
Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide financial, operational, and business performance analyses, draft technical design elements, and internal reports.
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and related policies, referring issues as needed.
Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions, role profiles, and related scope data.
Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, training, coaching, and maintaining professional accreditation where relevant; stay updated with technology, regulation, and industry best practices.
Provide support on additional projects, analysis, and ad‐hoc reports and success measures.
Requirements Minimum of 3‐5 years experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related HR function.
Strong understanding of European compensation practices, regulations, and market trends.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools such as Workday, Power Query, and Power BI.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
