For one of my customer we are looking for a SAP EC Time consultant for a support projectLocation: Europe(100% remote)Duration: 12+ monthsDescription:We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to support the configuration and enhancement of EC to meet the requirements of the T2P Program, covering Time Management, Payroll, and Finance.The role focuses on EC configuration and data model adjustments, particularly within Employee Profile, Job Information, Employment Details, and Time Management-related objects, to ensure accurate and consistent master data for downstream processes. A key responsibility is contributing to the design and validation of the standard master data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring alignment with global and local requirements.Strong expertise in the EC Data Model, business rules, workflows, and EC–Payroll integration (Point-to-Point / standard replication) is essential. Immediate availability is required to meet the October build and testing deadlines for a multi‐country deployment.Ensure a successful functional alignment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with the T2P end‐to‐end process, with a particular focus on Time Management, Payroll, and Finance requirements across all Wave 2 countries.Provide deep EC configuration expertise throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on adapting the Employee Profile, Job Information, Employment Details, and Time‐related objects to support accurate time capture, valuation, and payroll processing.Design and validate the standard master data replication from SuccessFactors EC to SAP S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring data consistency, correct mapping, and compliance with both global templates and local country requirements (with special attention to Germany).Document all EC configuration changes, data model updates, business rules, and replication design decisions, ensuring full traceability and readiness for deployment and operational handover.Support all testing phases (Build, NRTs, SIT, UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating data flows, resolving defects related to EC configuration or replication, and ensuring that EC master data behaves correctly across the T2P landscape.
