STORE MANAGER – HIGH LUXURY BRAND - MARBELLA
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the boutique, driving sales performance and ensuring the highest standards of client experience in line with the Brand's values and positioning.
Responsibilities:Represent the Brand and ensure that the corporate image and standards are consistently reflected in the boutiqueDrive and optimize overall sales performance, achieving both quantitative and qualitative targetsLead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a high-performance and client-oriented cultureEnsure an excellent client experience and the highest standards of luxury serviceOrganize and lead daily briefings and motivate the team to achieve KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and develop long-term client loyaltyMonitor store KPIs and guide the team in achieving sales and service objectivesManage, coach and develop the team, supporting continuous training on product knowledge and selling techniquesEnsure full compliance with company procedures and operational guidelinesOversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique reflects the Brand image at all timesSupervise inventory management, stock control and annual inventory processesEnsure security procedures are followed and coordinate with the Area Manager to prevent loss or theft
Requirements:Significant experience in
luxury retail
, ideally in a Store Manager roleStrong leadership, communication and team management skillsClient-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury and fashionDeep knowledge of the luxury retail environmentStrong organizational and operational skillsFluent Spanish & English required
