Responsibilities

Requirements
* Proven track record in implementing large-scale process improvements in industrial environments.
* Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts persuasively.
* Systemic thinker valuing rigorous processes over quick fixes.
* Comfortable challenging the status quo and managing resistance.
* Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments like manufacturing or logistics.
* Experience with Lean or OKR methodologies and delivering tangible results.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in French and German is a plus.
* Based in Spain or willing to relocate soon.
