Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define key profiles and ensure an agile and effective process.
Design and implement development and training programs.
Promote career growth and foster a continuous learning culture.
Drive employer branding and cultural initiatives.
Represent the company at job fairs, events, and across digital channels.
Highlight key projects and cultural milestones.
Qualifications
Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar.
Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS...).
High level of Spanish and English.
Passion for people, technology, and organizational culture.
