Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and other channels.
* Research prospective clients and understand their needs to present tailored solutions.
* Engage with decision-makers and influencers to generate interest in our products and services.
* Schedule meetings or demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track all interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve objectives.
* Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Language Skills: Native or fluent in German; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office tools.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
* Interest in the high-tech industry is a plus.
