Key Responsibilities
* Supporting commercial activities within the assigned portfolio, including client visits and meeting preparation.
* Assisting in achieving the approved 2026 budget and contributing to the 2026–2027 annual sales performance.
* Ensuring timely and effective communication with clients, primarily via email and phone when required.
* Closely monitoring clients’ monthly needs and proactively following up on order opportunities.
* Visiting clients at their offices or attending industry trade fairs, and effectively summarizing and implementing agreed action points.
* Developing and expanding the project pipeline with both existing and potential new clients.
* Gaining in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Suanfarma’s value proposition.
* Using CRM tools to ensure efficient client management and follow-up.
* Processing purchase orders and ensuring accurate coordination with the Operations team.
* Requesting pricing and delivery timelines in collaboration with Operations and Procurement departments.
* Adhering to company financial policies, including monitoring key metrics such as DSO, DPO, DIO, and outstanding debt.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
* A strong commercial mindset combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and understand their needs.
* Proactive, curious, and results-driven attitude, with a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and business development.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Previous experience is not required;
however, any exposure to commercial or pharmaceutical environments will be considered a valuable asset.
