Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️Proven expertise as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in AI, technology, or insurance sectorsStrong understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and business processesExperience in AI/digital product portfolio management within complex organizationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skillsStrong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersExpertise with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban)English environment mandatory; French or Spanish nice to haveBackground in AI, software development, or digital transformation preferredWHAT WILL YOU DO?Collaborate with the Business Innovation department to define and communicate AI solutions vision and strategyIdentify AI assets to scale, prioritize feature development, and manage the backlogWork with architects, engineers, QA teams, and business units to ensure smooth development, deployment, and adoptionEnsure AI solutions meet quality, compliance, and integration standardsTrack metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize product featuresFacilitate cross-department collaboration and stakeholder alignmentContribute to long-term vision of the GenAI Center of Expertise and identify opportunities to scale AI solutionsOversee creation of product and technical documentation, roadmaps, and content for AI platforms
