About the Role:
The Logistics Manager will manage internal and external resources to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers with quality, without damage, on time and at minimal cost.
Responsibilities:
* Manage internal and external resources to ensure that our products are delivered to our customers with quality, without damage, on time, and at minimal cost.
* Design and execute the logistics strategy for foreign trade operations, aligning it with the company's operational objectives.
* Analyse processes, detect inefficiencies, and propose improvements that reduce costs, time, and internal and external incidents.
* Evaluate and negotiate with logistics operators, carriers, and service providers.
* Analyse and validate sales transport routes, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality.
* Collaborate with Quality, Production, Sales and Finance to ensure efficient operations.
* Lead, motivate and develop staff under your responsibility, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
* Prepare periodic reports on logistics indicators and propose action plans.
About You:
* Industrial Engineering / Degree in Logistics / Business Administration.
* Master's degree in Supply Chain desirable.
* 3 to 5 years in a supply environment.
* Advanced English.
