Job Description As a Platform Manager, Marketing - CDP you will be accountable for Marketing CDP (Customer Data Platform), solution roadmap, governance, enhancements, release-management and support; partner with stakeholders and project team to validate business and technical requirements and drive adoption through training, stakeholder-development and advocacy.

You will report to the Manager, Data, Analytics and Reporting and work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.

Your Responsibilities: Collaborate on critical architectural decisions - data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure - enabling fast and reliable marketing initiatives.

Serve as a trusted expert on integrations between internal systems and external marketing platforms, ensuring secure and compliant data flows.

Monitor and resolve technical issues affecting marketing operations and campaign delivery.

Partner with marketing stakeholders to support initiatives like lifecycle campaigns, attribution tracking, and personalization.
