As the Workday Architect, you will deliver scalable, secure, and innovative Workday solutions that support business objectives and adhere to best practice process enablement and system design principles. The Workday Architect will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure the Workday ecosystem remains robust, compliant, and future-ready. /ppbr/ppThis role will have a particular focus on compensation, leading the design, configuration, and maintenance of core and advanced compensation modules, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and compliance standards.
