As a Breeder Eggplant, you will work on developing new varieties, plant concepts, and disease resistances, collaborating closely with the market and sales teams. Your work will involve a mix of greenhouse and office tasks, including :
Phenotyping, evaluation, and administration of breeding trials locally and internationally.Traveling internationally to judge variety trials.Setting up variety trials with stakeholders such as customers and research institutes.Participating in strategic discussions about the breeding program.What is your added value?You are a proactive, creative, flexible, and solution-oriented team player. You take initiative, pay attention to detail, and are practical and pragmatic. You work in a structured manner and possess excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
