We are looking to appoint one Team Expert in each country for Sweden, Finland and Norway in our Fuengirola office.
These roles are designed to support daily operations in collaboration with Team Leaders, while primarily offering real-time assistance to team members in complex or detailed cases. The goal is to maintain high performance, promote operational efficiency and alignment, and ensure that all team members have access to the resources they need.
Team Experts will play a key role in maintaining a smooth workflow during shifts, bridging gaps in leadership presence, and ensuring that operations continue to run at a high standard.
This is a hybrid role, where time will be split between regular agent/back office/cost control tasks and providing subject matter expertise in operations.
The distribution of responsibilities may vary weekly or monthly depending on operational needs. Team Leaders will coordinate time allocation and task prioritization.
Team Experts report to their respective Team Leaders but may also collaborate with local Quality and Training Responsible personnel to ensure alignment in quality and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities as a Team Expert:
- Role Models: Demonstrate adherence to company procedures, respect established routines, and embody a strong work ethic.
- Escalation Support: Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues within the team.
- Operational Expertise: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring smooth operations and acting as local superusers of internal systems.
- Training Assistance: Support the onboarding and training of employees by offering real-time help with systems and processes.
- Task Management: Ensure timely handling of incoming calls, web orders, and other customer inquiries.
- BCP Awareness: Be familiar with and capable of implementing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) during disruptions.
- Own Production: Continue with regular case-handling tasks when not engaged in the above responsibilities. This should be planned with the Team Leader, as workload may vary with seasonal and volume changes.
Additional Responsibilities (in the absence of Team Leaders):
- Shift Workflow Organization: Ensure operational tasks are managed efficiently and coordinate additional staffing when needed. Monitor and adjust lunch and break schedules as necessary.
- Reporting: Provide shift reports to Team Leaders, highlighting key issues and operational updates.
- Escalation Support: Act as the first point of contact for escalations during shifts.
Mandates:
- Operational Authority: While Team Experts do not have direct personnel responsibilities, they act as operational experts on the floor, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. They are authorized to oversee daily operations and provide immediate support when needed.
- Decision-Making: Empowered to make operational decisions related to workflow, attendance, and customer service, while keeping Team Leaders informed.
