What You'll Do
Trusted Advisor:Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performingPPC campaigns.
Outbound Engagement:Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
Strategic Campaign Setup:Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
Growth & Upselling:Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
Database Management:Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
High-Volume Interaction:Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
Language Skills:C2 level of GermanandC2 level of English.
Experience:2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
Education:BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
CRM Expertise:Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
AI Integration:You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
