This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that align with our business objectives and drive growth.What You’ll DoStrategic Leadership :
Define and execute the product strategy for AI products in Vehicle claims, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.Product Roadmap :
Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.Team Management :
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Market Analysis :
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this information to inform product development and positioning.Customer Engagement :
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. Translate these insights into product requirements and enhancements.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.Performance Metrics :
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.Innovation :

Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.What You’ll BringEducation :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.Experience :
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI or related technologies.Technical Proficiency :
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.Leadership Skills :
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives.Analytical Skills :
