Your mission will be to provide customer service in the French and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.
Requirements
- Required languages: French Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
- Required experience:Experience in customer service.
- Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
What do we offer you?
- Permanentcontract with 2 months trial period.
- Full time 39 hours/week.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
- Modality of work:On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
- Salary of 1581€ gross per month.
