The primary objective of this role is to influence customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset about contact lenses.
* Understand the needs and specificities of various channels, including independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains.
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with Key Accounts (KAs).
* Broaden the Misight category through training and education of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs).
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess strategic vision, organizational skills, and negotiation abilities.
To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, adaptable, and results-driven. You should be familiar with CooperVision products and competitors, and able to learn and grow with the company.
You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing sales processes, and delivering reports and administrative tasks. This includes negotiating price increases, developing business plans, and tracking calls and performance metrics.
