* Lead IAM process analysis and optimization (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, RBAC)
* Coordinate with HR, IT, and business units to align IAM with workflows
* Document configurations, workflows, and integration guides
* Oversee daily IGA platform operations
* Provide technical support and training on IAM topics
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to IAM training
* Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on identity threat detection and response

Responsabilidades
* 3+ years in IAM or cybersecurity roles
* Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and best practices
* Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (e.G., Sailpoint, OneIdentity)
* Scripting and debugging experience (Java and PowerShell)
* Experience with LDAP and REST API
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset, fast-paced decision-making
