Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **Compliance Senior Analyst **, you will be part of the Regulatory Compliance team providing support to the head of the department in the BAU activities. The mission and the role of Regulatory Compliance is to foster the adherence to the regulations under its perimeter, to the principles set in the Code of Conduct and to the corporate values, acting as a 2 Line of Defence by establishing objectives, challenging and advising 1 LoD in the best interest of our employees and stakeholders.Among other tasks, you will be responsible for the following topics:
- Ensuring capital market compliance with regards to Compliance, in particular with EMIR and Volcker requirements.- Corporate Defence (General Code of Conduct, whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, financing of political parties, competition law, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest).- Identify systemic procedural weaknesses and additional training requirements needed to ensure compliance.- Perform risk assessments, synthesizes analyses, identifies root cause(s), and provides recommendations to management.- Provide compliance input on business action plans, projects, or operational requests.- Provide insight and guides management on issues.Qualifications:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsEXPERIENCE- 3-7 years in Compliance, Legal or Regulatory on Financial Services.EDUCATION- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance and relevant industry regulations (Market Abuse, EMIR, Volcker, Corporate Defence ).- Practical knowledge of key business control areas (Audit & Risk Review, Risk Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal).- Detail orientated with the ability to also understand overall strategy.- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to quickly respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies, internal partners, and external consultants.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret government regulations, trade journals and legal documents.- Ability to effectively deal with senior management.- Experience facilitating change to achieve measurable results.- Ability to build and foster internal relationships.- Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish and ideally another language (Franch, German, Dutch or Italian) will be a plus.
